At Meridian Homes®, we help to control your budget by keeping our prices constant for the year. The listed prices for the templates in this brochure are valid till end-December of this calendar year.

We guarantee that our listed prices will remain unchanged provided all contracts are duly signed, and deposits are fully paid up. As Meridian Homes® FastTrack is a template-based boutique design-build company, we regret that we can only accept a limited number of bookings a year.

The prices indicated in the brochure are a guide to the complete construction of the template model on land in mainland Singapore. If there are special requirements or customisation due to site characteristics or owners’ preferences, additional and/or supplementary costs may be incurred.

Typically, the listed prices have taken into account government fees, building professionals’ fees, construction cost. Third party accessories and supplies/systems, like doors, lock sets, toilet fittings, finishings like floor/wall tiles as well as other value-added systems like integrated security alarm systems, PABX phone systems, air-conditioning and hot-water systems, are to be provided for. We will nevertheless guide and advise you of the ideal product for you depending on your budget constraint.

All Meridian Homes® projects are comprehensively insured by an international insurance group. When they are physically completed, they will undergo a mandatory independent third-party audit assessment by a leading building inspection consultant prior to being handed over to our customers.

What’s Considered Area?

The area is the floor area of the house. In lay person’s terms, these are the areas enclosed within the external wall, as well as external side/front terraces, roof terraces, car porch and rear yard. Depending on design, certain exceptions are made by this depends on the envisaged difficulty of construction as well as finishing requirements. For example, an upper floor area with many voids (creating an atrium effect) may actually be less in area terms, but makes for a more difficult means of construction (difficulty in access for construction and finishing). In customizing floor layout, consult the attending Architect.
