Scope: This sprawling 400,000 sq ft development, which is a private family-owner retreat was initiated in stages over a 5 year period. Advisory included site selection & direct builder & sub-contractor procurement to minimize construction risks. Through our local office, we were involved in overseeing all legal aspects of owning and operating a freehold estate to comply fully under local laws. Works includes for site planning as well as graduated phased development comprising of both exterior and interior aspects, like interior furnishings, landscape design & procurement & other aspects.
