Our approach is unique as Meridian Homes® sources land directly from land-owners. We perform due diligence at the ground level, including interfacing with government departments and village heads. Our involvement is direct – we do not deal with middlemen; nor do we work at foreigners’ prices. All dealings comply with local laws and regulations, and take into account other/legal constraints.
