At Meridian Homes®, we are very particular about the quality of all our design-build homes. This is why we engage only the best skilled services available for each trade to work on our projects.

We have outlined our business model here so that suppliers who wish to work with us will have a better understanding of our expectations, and enter into a mutually beneficial relationship with us.

Meridian Homes® business model

  1. We will engage the best skilled services available for every trade as quality is our top priority.

  2. We are prepared to pay above the market rates if the quality, reliability and timely delivery of the service are proven.

  3. We would like to deal with, self-employed, skilled individuals as a priority.

  4. We prefer that you have a trade skill qualification. If you do not have one, we may need to assess your skill over a paid duration of time.

  5. We may not always use standard or readily-available products of your trade. This is because we constantly re-invent details/products that prove to be problematic over the long term. Please check if this will impact your trade.

  6. We pay cash upon completion of the scope and works. This is part of our prudent cashflow management procedure.

  7. Meridian Homes® pursues a policy of excellence and will go out of our way to deliver a project of high standards. We believe that you should be responsible for what you do. Should the works prove defective over a period of time, we expect your unwavering support to rectify it.

  8. We have our own ready pool of skilled Thai workers who can support you in your works/logistics. Please ensure a timely request if you require them.
